FLUIDIZED-BED INCINERATER FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE

We have successfully developed a Fluidized-Bed Incinerator for industrial waste with much easier handling and high reliability by putting to practical use our rich know-how of solid-fuel burning.

PRODUCT FEATURES

・FLUIDIIZED- BED INCINERATING SYSTEM

We have been developing a variety of boilers especially solid-fuel firing boilers to get richer achievements and experiences with a number of know-hows.

Especially our technology of fluidized-bed solid-fuel incinerator has been introduced from CSL, who is Research Institute, in technical collaboration with NCB (National Coal Board, British) and BP (British Petroleum) and developed to exquisite utilization of our own rich solid-fuel burning know-how.

This Fluidized-Bed Incinerating System is characterized by little emission of dioxin and desalination and desulfurization of sulfur and chlorine in the combustion chamber by blowing in slaked lime.

CONSTRUCTION DETAIL

Fluidized-bed type incinerator has the construction that the incinerator is fed with incinerated objects onto the flowing fine-grained sand layer heated high-temperatured to incinerate the objects during flowing with the layer, burning and breaking them. Retaining time of combustion exhaust gas at the sand layer and the free board (equivalent to secondary combustion chamber) shall be less than 4 seconds, and CO gas content shall be less than 100ppm at furnace outlet.
The sand layer is easy to get heated high in temperature due to combustion heat from burning objects and the sand layer is designed to be cooled by installing part of the boiler transfer tubes at the sand layer. High temperature combustion exhaust gas is planned to be used for steam recovery by the back-installed waste heat boiler and as far as resistant temperature of the dust collector can allows, slaked lime and activated carbon is blowed into exhaust gas to remove SOx and HCl, and dioxin is repressed by absorption and dust collection through activated carbon.
