After incorporation as an individual proprietorship in 1937, the Company was reorganized as a joint-stock company in 1949. Kazunori Yoshimine, who became the first president of the Company, developed special boilers fueled by bagasse and scrap wood and contributed to the advancement and development of the boiler industry.
Kazunori Yoshimine was awarded a Yellow Ribbon Medal in 1977 for his achievements.
The Company has accumulated results for over seventy years since its incorporation and contributed to society through development of unique technologies.
