BIO ETHANOL PROJECT
Power Generation Boiler Plant for Bio Ethanol Producing Facilities has been completed at Bio Ethanol Japan Co.,Ltd at Sakai City, Osaka Pre.
Bio Ethanol is known as Ethanol that can be produced by fermenting and distilling such biomass as sugar cane, cone and lumber and expected as a future prospective energy source.
Bio Ethanol Japan Co.,Ltd, the company to extract only ethanol from the construction waste woods and utilize it as fuel for automobiles and boilers, is the first company to have commercialize the wood ethanol production in the world.
Furthermore, the above business has been adopted by The Ministry of Environment's 「New business incubation program to combat global warming」
This boiler is an indispensable equipment for the process facility of production and is used to generate power necessary for the whole manufacturing facilities, and steam and hot draft from the boiler are utilized within the factory.
