Business and Technology : Small type Biomass Power Plant ("IIZUNA OYAMA"s POWER PLANT) |

This Power Plant was constructed and implemented by Nagano Forestry Resources Utilization Project Co-op as the year 2003 Nagano Prefecture Lumber Material Supply System Maintenance Work : Forestry Energy Promotion Project.
And also the Plant has been constructed as 1,300 KW power plant to perform a stable supply of electricity as a clean energy as well as planning to largely curtail the cost to treat the waste by making recycled use of Forestry Waste Wood - Resources not yet utilized as biomass fuel.
In the current stage of performance, 300KW of all the generated power is used for in-house demand of driving power, while the rest 1,000KW is sold to the power company.
*The Power Plant uses 100 % woody fuel and has been authorized as such by RPS Law (Renewables Portfolio Standard).
